To register and maintain an Account on Raja88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your use of the Platform:

Raja88 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all duplicate accounts without prior notice and to void any associated balances.
When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Malaysian mobile number, and a valid email address. You warrant that all information provided during registration is true and not misleading. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.
Raja88 is obligated to conduct identity and age verification under applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. KYC verification may be required at any point, including at registration, upon making a withdrawal request, or when unusual account activity is detected. Accepted KYC documents include:
Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within14 calendar days may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality or Account closure at Raja88's discretion.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. Raja88 will never request your password via any channel. Any activity that occurs under your Account — including bets placed, games accessed, and deposits or withdrawals made — will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you notify us promptly of any unauthorized access. The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 per transaction. Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable maximum transaction limits will be displayed within your Account dashboard at the time of the transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and Account tier.
Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by Raja88's payments team. For verified Accounts, standard processing time is within 15 minutes during operating hours (9:00 AM – 1:00 AM MYT). Withdrawals are credited to the Malaysian bank account or e-wallet registered under your name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
Note: Raja88 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or requests that significantly exceed a player's historical deposit patterns. All Account balances, deposits, bets, winings, and withdrawals are denominated exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Raja88 does not charge currency conversion fees. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their own financial institutions.
Section 06
Raja88 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referal rewards, and VIP tier perks. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the point of offer, in addition to the following general bonus conditions:
Unless otherwise specified, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier (e.g., 10x, 15x, 20x) will be clearly stated in the individual bonus terms. Wagering must be completed within the stipulated bonus expiry window — typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of credit.
While Bonus Funds are active in your Account, a maximum bet restriction applies. Unless specifically stated otherwise, the maximum permitted bet per spin or per round when using Bonus Funds is RM 250. Bets exceeding this limit during active bonus wagering may result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying wagering requirements. Standard contribution rates are as follows, unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise:

Raja88 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating duplicate accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using mathematical strategies to guarantee profit from bonus offers, placing offseting bets on the same or related outcomes with multiple accounts, and any coordinated group activity designed to exploit bonus structures. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will be closed and any associated balances forfeited.
Section 07
All bets placed on the Raja88 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or market. Sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other available markets — are subject to the applicable sportsbook rules, including rules on void bets, abandoned events, and in-play bet acceptance.
A bet is not confirmed until the Platform has accepted and recorded it in the system. In the event of a technical failure or connection interruption at the time of bet placement, Raja88's server-side records shall be determinative of whether the bet was successfully placed and at what odds. Bets accepted in error — for example, at manifestly incorrect odds — may be voided by Raja88.
In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical fault that affects game outcomes or displayed odds, Raja88 reserves the right to void affected bets and return staked amounts to the Player. Winings arising from a confirmed game malfunction will not be honored. Raja88 will make reasonable efforts to communicate any such events to affected players promptly.
Progressive jackpot prizes and other prize pools displayed on the Platform are for informational purposes and represent real-time estimates. Jackpot awards are subject to verification of the winning bet and applicable game rules before any funds are credited to the winning player's Account.
Section 08
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Raja88 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

Raja88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat or email. Prior to closure, all pending wagering requirements on active bonuses will be assessed. Real Money Funds remaining in the Account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to verification.
